Pleasant relaxing holiday.

It was a pleasant stay, we where very thankfully upgraded when our toilet was defective so that was nice. Floor 8 restaurant and bar is nice and sensibly prices all in all a nice place worthy of the price.

Good Breakfast, nice pool, and spacious grounds, floor 8 fantastic place with live entertainment

A bit pricey but good

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options (filipino and continental style). The pool is big and well kept. Rooms offer enough space. Nice balcony. Nice staff. Close proximity to the surrounding Mactan area (e.g. good places for massages, if you want to pay a better price than at the hote itself).

Private beach is small and not so nice. They have birds in cages on the grounds, but the cages are far too small for those birds. Our shower fixture was broken and couldn't stand upright. Wifi was weak (even though that is pretty normal in the Philippines). The second pool wasn't open. A little bit too pricey for the off-season and what is offered.

Lovely place to relax and wind down.

Great facilities, the pool was amazing and super warm! Breakfast was pretty good. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The location was not very touristy, so we went to Bohol island for a night. Other tourist locations were hours drive from the hotel. The private beach was not very swim-able.

The room accomodation is good, comfy bed, good airconditioning, spacious room, the staff is accommodating, the pool is always clean, the food is good

did not clean the room when we were out even if we requested for it. the ref is not working properly, need more wall sockets, and extension cord, no extra chair for the vanity.

The property was well maintained. Staff was really nice especially the front desk officer. Brewed coffee was good.

We had to pass by the smelly basement to get to the rooms. Although we understand that there was maintenance going on, more effort should have been made to keep the basement from being smelly.

We love the location, its just a 5 minute walk from the supermarket. Amenities are great too! Staff are courteous and friendly.

We didn’t like our room location, because we’re next and just a 2nd floor away from the koi pond, which means we’re mosquitoes bait. We’re travelling with our 3 year old daughter so we asked the staffs if we can transfer rooms. Dengue cases in the Philippines is really serious and I think most of the parents would be scared too. They gladly helped us, but all the grand deluxe rooms are located near the koi pond. The rooms that were advertised/promoted are premiere or family suites whicbe are good for large groups. If we opt to transfer too, we will be needing to double our payment. We have no choice but to keep on applying mosquito repellant and patches and praying that those insects who bit you aren’t carriers. ????

Rooms are attractive but multiple things were broken in our room which made the comfort level a little under expectation. Location is walking distance to shops ect. Rooftop bar is pretty with nice views

Nothing only the beach

We were advise that we can checked in early as requested and when we arrived early staff told us rooms were still occupied and we have to wait for check in time but when we insist for early checked in they said there’s available room but have to pay.Front desk staff were not sensitive to customers needs and the pool side we saw a big rat!Cockroahes were in the room.

Nice swimming pool and beach! Nice and friendly people. The restaurant is very good, l like the pizza and sandwiches. Great 3 relaxing days over there. If I go to Cebu again, I will come back. Save More supermarket is nearby, easy to buy things and exchange. Easy to find restaurants outside, there’s a McDonald’s. And easy to do Island hopping also!

Friendly and helpful staff

Noisy building work in adjoining property. Noisy corporate events, some days two events at the same time, very loud music, drunk inconsiderate corporate guests, sometimes couldn't use beach or facilities due to corporate events. Wont stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice food menu and awesome rooftop bar, beautiful spa that was a great value

Renovations made parts of the grounds a bit unsightly but not much can be done there... checkin time is 3pm which is late. And when I arrived I had already requested an earlier time, they told me they would try to prioritize my room but still wasnt ready til just 3pm. Sun goes down at 5 so you miss out on the sun your first day.

This time some portion of the accommodation building was under renovation, but it was minimized to affect the hotel guest activity. Unique way of talk of the bartender at the roof top bar. Good enough breakfast. our guest room !!! Very spacious and luxury kind of setups. Flexible service of restaurant staff. Size of the whole resort. Everything is available within a short step.

Sometimes we heard squeaky noises from neighboring rooms maybe beside or above. Dragging chairs on the hard surface floor makes that kind of noises. Solution is simply installation of carpet under the chairs.

We been stayed for 4 times in here we like it because is quieter clean and the staff is very helpful kind and friendly and of course it’s a beautiful place to stayed and relax for our holiday , can’t wait to go back soon
